Mesiodens is one of the commonest dental anomalies in children. It may be present primary or early mixed dentition. can also found permanent affects as well facial aesthetics. The reported prevalence mesiodens about 0.15% to 1.9%. etiologic factors causing malocclusion Therefore, dentists make parents aware possibilities and convince for treatment soon possible.
